How does the free trial work?
New subscribers get a free trial on their first plan. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Switch plans or cancel at any time in Plans & Billing. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
What is a Betty Unit?
A Betty Unit is one piece of AI work: each answer Betty writes in the chat, each document she drafts, each image she creates and each data analysis uses 1 Betty Unit. Notes, the calendar, tasks and editing your documents use none. Your Betty Units start again on the 1st of every month.
How do I pay?
